If you want to become a certified diver, then this is where you begin your journey. This certification, allows you to dive with other certified divers to a maximum depth of 18 metres. You do not need a dive professional to dive with you. However you need to be very confident and comfortable in water before you take this course. You will go through 2 days of classroom and pool/confined water training and 2 days of diving in the open water logging atleast 4 dives. You also have an option of taking e-learning which allows you to watch the videos and take the academic tests and final exam in the comfort of your homes before you arrive for the in-water training. This course can also be taken as a referral wherein you can get your completed sections signed off by your instructor and complete the rest with another instructor (or same) some place else (or same) in the world within a year.

Pre-requisite: 

Participant must be atleast 10 years old.

Participant must be able to demonstrate atleast 10 minutes of floating without any buoyancy aid for atleast 10 minutes.

Participant must be able to demonstrate that they can swim a distance of 200 metres comfortably OR a distance of 300 metres with mask, fins and snorkel.

Duration: 4 Days; 2 days of classroom and pool training, 2 days (4 dives) of Open Water diving

Inclusions: Equipment rental, Training, Pool use charges, required course material in digital form, boat journey, water, some fruits and refreshments on boat.

Exclusions: Pick-up or drop, alcoholic beverages or lunch.
